Our building complex is located directly along National Highway N60 from Antwerp to Hulst.

A good roadplan of the terrain is available and there is ample parking space. Part of the warehouses is available for hiring.  Please click on the photo at the right hand side to see an enlarged version and identification of the different warehouses.

 

General characteristics of the warehouses :

• Full lenght porches of 3,85 metres width
• Load-bearing capacity of the floors 5.000 kg/m2 (asphalt)

Specific characteristics of the warehouses :

• Warehouse 1 :   3.600 m2, non-isolated and non heated
• Warehouse 2 :   6.000 m2, non-isolated and non heated. With fire alarm system.
• Warehouse 3 :   5.200 m2, isolated, non heated. With fire alarm system.
• Warehouse 4 :   2.800 m2 in total,  of which 1.400 m2 isolated and heated.

Also available :  6 units of office space (30m2 each, nr 5 in the picture).
